Stuart Bradie

President & Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Bradie assumed the role of president and CEO at KBR, Inc. in 2014, bringing 30 years of broad international experience across numerous industries.

Under Stuart’s leadership, KBR has transformed into a provider of differentiated science, technology and engineering solutions for governments and companies around the world. Since joining KBR, Stuart has prioritized strong execution and commercial discipline and deliberate portfolio positioning, particularly through strategic acquisitions and development of and investment in disruptive, sustainable technologies. As a result, KBR is now firmly aligned with attractive and growing technology markets of the future.

Driven by his passion for safety, employee wellness and sustainability principles, Stuart established and drives KBR’s Zero Harm safety and sustainability culture. He has ensured that sustainability not only guides all of KBR’s corporate actions, but that it is also embedded in the development of innovative technology solutions that help customers achieve their sustainability objectives.

Before joining KBR,Stuart led global operations in more than 40 countries as group managing director–Operations and Delivery for WorleyParsons Ltd. Prior to that, he held managing director and country manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.

Mark Sopp

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mark Sopp joined KBR in 2017 and serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Throughout his tenure, Mark has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategy, leveraging its capital deployment firepower, optimizing its capital structure, transforming systems and driving efficiency across business processes, and focusing the organization around a “Cash is King” culture. Mark also serves as the executive sponsor for IMPACT, KBR’s employee resource group focused around early-career and professional development.

Mark brings many years of leadership experience to KBR. Previously, he served as chief financial officer and executive vice president for Leidos Holdings, Inc. and Science Applications International Corporation; served as board member and Audit Committee chair of KeyW Corporation; and held various executive positions with Titan Corporation.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from New Mexico State University and completed the executive program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Byron Bright

President, Government Solutions U.S.

Byron Bright, president of KBR’s Government Solutions business, joined KBR in 2010. During his tenure, Byron has served in multiple senior leadership roles and led the successful integration of Government Solutions, including several highly strategic acquisitions. A champion of KBR’s culture of inclusion and diversity, Byron serves as executive sponsor of ASPIRE, an employee-driven group that supports the development and promotion of KBR’s diverse talent.

Prior to joining KBR, Byron served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force working primarily in developmental test and engineering. Following his distinguished military service, Byron gained significant industry experience working with various aerospace and defense contractors.

Byron is a distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy, holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School. He has flown in more than 25 different aircraft as a flight test engineer.

Byron serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council and is a five-time recipient of Washington Technology’s Top 100 Award.

Jay Ibrahim

Chief Financial Officer

Jay Ibrahim joined KBR in May 2015 and serves as president of KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions. Previous roles at KBR include president of Engineering and Construction–Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA); president of EMEA; and head of the Global Services division, all for KBR’s former Energy Solutions business.

Jay has over 22 years of experience in the Middle East region, having served in a variety of engineering, project management, business development and business management roles for Parsons E&C/WorleyParsons. His wealth of multi-industry experience includes complex contract negotiations, business analysis and management, and long-range strategic planning in international markets across multiple business sectors. Throughout his career, Jay has been passionate about developing and nurturing customer relationships, with a focus on delivering profitable business success and achieving corporate goals.

Jay holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in mechanical engineering from Wichita State University and a diploma in advanced management from Harvard University.Mark Sopp is the CFO of KBR.

Greg Conlon

Chief Digital & Development Officer

Greg Conlon serves as KBR’s chief digital and development officer, a role he assumed in January 2019 with responsibility for KBR’s digital strategy and implementation effort. Greg joined KBR in 2016, previously serving as KBR’s executive vice president and chief development officer, responsible for KBR’s Strategy, Global Business Development, Marketing, Consulting, and Mergers and Acquisitions divisions. He also served as KBR’s president, Asia-Pacific (APAC), responsible for both Engineering and Construction (E&C) and Government Services in the region.

Greg’s broad background in global contracting and sales, coupled with his experience managing businesses in the APAC region, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, provides additional perspective for his role as chief digital and development officer. Prior to joining KBR, Greg served as executive vice president leading business development globally for the WorleyParsons Services business line. Greg also has more than 25 years of experience in the global E&C sector across a range of subsectors, from hydrocarbons to specialist infrastructure. He progressed from engineering project management and engineering design to operational management in Asia, Europe and North America.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Paul Kahn

President, Government Solutions International

Paul Kahn serves as president of KBR’s Government Solutions International business. He joined KBR in July 2022.

Paul has extensive international senior management experience in the aerospace, defense and transportation industries. He previously led Airbus in the U.K. as president and CEO and served as a sector president at Cobham plc.

Paul earned both a Master of Engineering degree and Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Brunel University, London, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School. He attended the Royal College of Defence Studies and is a chartered engineer and a chartered project professional.

Additionally, Paul has served as a U.K. Business Ambassador for Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace and is an Ambassador for the Industrial Cadets scheme for HRH The Prince of Wales.

Paul is a dual citizen of the U.K. and United States.

Jamie DuBray

Vice President, Investor Relations & Financial Planning & Analysis

Jamie DuBray joined KBR in 2022 as vice president of Investor Relations (IR) and Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, Jamie leads the strategic planning, direction and execution of the IR function; acts as liaison between KBR executive leadership and the financial community; and is the key point of contact for investor meetings, road shows and earnings calls. In addition, Jamie leads planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical activities globally, which informs the company's major business decisions and ensures financial health.

Jamie has more than 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience across both energy and defense sectors. Prior to joining KBR, she was most recently executive director of Corporate Audit for Boeing Defense Space and Security, and also held various financial roles at Schlumberger, Chevron and Valero.

Jamie has a Master of Business Administration, with honors, and concentration in cybersecurity from University of Texas, and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas Tech University. She also holds multiple certifications and licenses, including Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Adam Kramer

Vice President, Corporate Sustainability Officer

Adam Kramer is the Vice President and Corporate Sustainability Officer at KBR, having taken on the role in January 2023. Since joining the company in 2006, Adam has held several key positions, including Corporate Secretary and Vice President of legal, where he was responsible for executive compensation, employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law issues.

Before his tenure at KBR, Adam was a practicing attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP, specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits. In this capacity, he represented corporations, executives, and committees in matters related to litigation, transactions, administration, and negotiations concerning executive compensation, pensions, healthcare, and securities law.

Adam earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, also with honors, from the Liberal Arts Honors program at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.
